Preliminary Package

This package is for topographic and boundary survey, feasibility, and a geotechnical report. This package and its component parts are necessary to begin the permit process. If applicable, this package can also be customized to include wetland delineation reports and other required remedies. Alongside this package, you will need a full set of engineering plans as well as a full set of architectural plans.
